Microblading Information
What is Microblading?
It is considered to be semi-permanent, as compared to the old school brow tattoo technique. It is done using a very fine blade to deposit pigments into the epidermis. Because we’re impacting color closer to the surface, the strokes appear crisp and very fine. This method is ideal for anyone wanting to enhance the look of their eyebrows. The results are natural looking, hair-like strokes, regardless of the amount of hair present. People suffering from alopecia or any other condition that causes hair loss benefit greatly from Microblading, as well as people who simply aren't happy with their eyebrows. The pigments used in this method have been formulated to match your original eyebrow color, and if the eyebrows are still present, blend perfectly into them. The results are a natural, flawless, fuller looking brow. Initially, the brows appear darker, but fade significantly over a two week period. It is absolutely crucial to have a touch up done, as it is very difficult to predict how well the skin will retain the pigment. Microblading is a two step process, your initial and then after 6-8 weeks healed a perfecting session is required for desired results.
IMPORTANT: Before booking an appointment please read through all of the information to confirm you are an ideal candidate. I also recommend you read through the aftercare instructions.

HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY MICROBLADING SESSION? BEFORE YOUR TREATMENT:
-
Do not take Aspirin, Niacin, Vitamin E or Ibuprofen 24 hours before.
-
Do not drink coffee, alcohol or energy drinks at least 24 hours before appointment, however a 72 hour fast of those items is best. I know we all love to have fun and get that boost of energy but this is for your best interest so your brows heal probably and you protect your investment.
-
If you tint your brows, do it one day prior to treatment (so the color match is close to what you tint your brows. If they are not tinted I will have no choice but match to what your natural brow color is.
-
Do not tan or sunbathe 3 days before treatment.
-
No waxing! You must complete any waxing 3 days before the treatment.
-
No chemical peels, dermabrasion, mesotherapy or any other intense treatments. This will cause skin cells to rejuvenate faster which will result in skin irritation. We recommend any of these to be done 2-3 weeks before microblading.
-
Fix and/or wash your hair before the treatment. You will not be able to have direct contact with water on the area for 7 days.
-
If you have super sensitive skin or allergies to certain dyes please let me know so we can book you a 30 min consult to test for an allergic reaction.
-
***If you already have tattooed eyebrows please send a photo of your current brows prior to booking an appointment so I can approve the service. Failure to disclose this information before appointment may result in service being denied the day of a $75 set fee and forfeit of your deposit.

COVID-19 WARNING for permanent makeup services we do ask to be on the safer side that you wait at least 2 weeks post your second vaccine or have/had the service done at least 2 weeks before the vaccine. There have been some reports that the vaccine too close to your service can cause extra extreme swelling that may lead to urgent care to treat.
