Policy for all services 

All deposits are non-refundable. To ensure appointment slots are not taken up by clients who do not show, most appointments require a deposit. The deposit will go towards your over all total. If you can not make an appointment for any reason please contact me and we can reschedule you so you don't loose your deposit.

Cash, Credit, Debit, Venmo, and Paypal are the only payments taken.

If you are late 15 minutes or more you are considered a no show. Your deposit will be forfeited and the appointment will have to be rescheduled for another time. It is highly appreciated if you call a head of time if running behind, something may be able to be worked out for that day. If not, you will have to book another appointment. 


In order to protect myself and other clients, If you are sick or have any contagious skin break outs please please cancel your appointment and reschedule. I reserve the right to deny service for any of those reasons the day of and you will be charged a set up fee.


Microblading policy


A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required to schedule and secure your appointment. The deposit will be credited toward the over all cost of your service the day of your appointment.


Balance is due the day of your procedure and can be paid with cash, credit, debit, Venmo or PayPal. NO PERSONAL CHECKS. DEBIT AND CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS ARE CHARGED A SERVICE FEE


A minimum of 72 hour notice is required to reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a forfeit of your deposit. - No exceptions. An additional deposit will be required to schedule a new appointment. 

An appointment can only be changed up to 2 times in order to not loose your deposit. A 3rd appointment change will require a new deposit.


Please contact me if you are going to be late for your appointment. If you are 15 minutes late you forfeit your deposit and appointment regardless of unforeseen circumstances. A new deposit will be required for booking a new appointment. 


Any client that is a NO CALL AND NO SHOW for a scheduled appointment will forfeit their deposit and be charged 50% of the service fee. 


Touch up appointments must be booked no sooner than 6 weeks following your appointment. This is for your protection for your skin to heal before any additional work can be done. The Touch-up appointment must be booked on the day of your initial appointment. 

No children under the age 18 are allowed in the procedure room.

If you show up to appointment and have previous cosmetic tattoos that I  wasn't aware of I  may deny you as a client and charge you a set up fee. 

I have the right to refuse service to anyone!!


Makeup service policy


Bridal Policy

All bridal makeup must have a trail before hand. 


In order to block out dates for your special day, there is a strict 48 hour window to decide if you want to book the makeup service for your wedding.


A deposit of half the service is due upon booking in order to block out dates. 


There is a strict 30 day prior to wedding date cancellation policy if you no longer need our makeup service. Any cancellation after 30 days forfeits your deposit. 


The number of people who will be needing to get makeup done needs to be disclosed upon booking service. In order for each makeup application to be timed accurately. Add-ons day off are excepted if time permits.


CASH ONLY for remainder of balance on the day of (Venmo and PayPal are excepted)


There is a $0.85 per mile fee if location is more than 30 miles away from my current location. 


Photoshoots, Videoshoots, and Red Carpet Policy

Trails are on a request bases and not mandatory.
